Thank you for your interest in participating in the 41st Thornhill Village Festival.
This year's Festival will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2017, between 9:00am and 4:30pm.
The Thornhill Village Festival invites vendors of hand-made, high-quality crafts to participate in our festival. In order to maintain our standards of excellence, all crafts will be juried for appropriateness to the nature of our festival.
Booth spaces are 15 feet wide by 8 – 12 feet deep, depending on location. Our festival is a one day, outdoor event and vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and weather protection. This is a rain or shine event. Parking and washroom facilities are provided within walking distance. No on-street parking is permitted within the Festival area, including beside or behind your booth.

The “early bird” entrance fee for craft vendors is $100 per booth until August 15 2017; beginning August 16 2017 the entrance fee increases to $125.
All vendors must have liability insurance of $2 million. EXCEPT …
There is an exemption for:
‘Mom & Pop’ crafters and
small Community Groups.
Please check when you register to confirm that you are exempt.
TVF thanks the support of the Municipalities in helping out these people and groups.
There will be a $30 administrative fee imposed where any cheque is returned NSF or dishonoured by issuing bank for any reason or stop paid by the issuer.
The fee will be added to required replacement payment or billed separately if no new payment is received.
NO booth will be reserved for the organization until the replacement payment is received and verified to clear by the issuing bank.
Early bird fees for approved vendors ($100) are due by August 31, 2017. Regular Fees ($125) are due by September 8 2017
Please complete the on-line Craft Vendor Application Form which can be found below. Alternatively, the application form can be printed, completed and mailed to me at the address below. If you are using the mail, a self-addressed, stamped envelope must be included for us to use to confirm your application.
A minimum of four photographs showing the range of crafts you wish to sell, plus a picture of your display, must accompany your application form. Alternatively, you can provide us with your website url if the site includes information on your crafts and display.
Booth spacing has been revised since last year. The Committee will endeavour to place previous vendors in the same location as last year, but cannot guarantee it. New vendors will be placed on a first come, first served basis.
Sites will be assigned on a first come, first assigned basis. A confirmation letter will be mailed or emailed to you in late August confirming your location.
**NOTE** If you are a Company/Business/Service or would like to sell Manufactured Goods, please do NOT use this form, but use the Commercial Vendors registration form
